It’s amazing the decoration is beautiful rooms are very nice and spacious

There is an awful sewage smell all around the property which was horrible

its a great property. cordial staff.food options are limited.looking at the property and categories, costs are on higher side.There is NO SEA VIEW.

Great location , fantastic beach and the farzi cafe is nice .Ac’s kept tripping all night long - no respite even after complaining. Rooms were large but uncomfortable. Room decor is average .Extra bed charges are higher than that of any 5 star hotel also . Breakfast was ordinary

The pool does not have railing like staircase to get down

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool. Being right on the beach was amazing. It's only a short 10 minute walk to the main road of town, which is very handy.

There were lots of mosquitos in our room when we first arrived, but thankfully a plug-in mosquito repellant was provided. The staff informed us that there was a high tea one of the days we stayed, but it didn't seem like anything was going on when we went to check it out.

Your dinning hall very poorly lit —— but the food though quite expensive was good. Hygiene standard of the room very poor. For the facilities your hotel is very expensive compared to similar properties in Goa

Beautiful property and wonderful, helpful staff. The food was very good and service prompt.

Some areas were a bit slippery in the rain and could have used anti-slip mats for the monsoons.

This hotel is more an events hotel and it is perfectly set up for that, we had to check out after four days. Of we had stayed we would have had such a bad holiday. Thankfully the GM could see our view and agreed to a refund. Staff were poor and we ended up staying at the Palm Grove in Ashvem which is lovely

spacious, clean, amazing pool, all the staff are so kind and accommodating, spa (recommend the therapist Mc) i had two really good 60 minute appointments. the sound system bangs, they usually have a dj or some booking in the evening. there was a digeridoo when i went!! so good. in terms of Morjim id say the beach is one of the most private, left and right there is more happening if you’re looking to socialize. great place for group bookings! lot of shops to the north and south to buy the goan beach fits. whew i could keep rambling, i hope to be back! oh and there weren’t many westerners at this one (for those seeking an authentic Goan experience)

completely nitpicking, the ceilings are low in the Beach bathrooms (tall westerner issues).

Right on the beach ⛱️ ! Very spacious and well made rooms,beds are comfortable,large smart TVs, washroom & bath tub was clean. Great for family's. Very beautiful shiva temple in the property. Good size and clean swimming pool. Decent breakfast and coffee.Good indian food.

Service at the restaurant was excellent ! Particularly Ms. Janaki and Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Ram under the supervision of Mr. Deewaar, all did a great job of keeping our 35 year college reunion very well taken care of! Thank you ??

The menu could have more options for authentic Goan cuisine, it seemed too western and the local fare was minimal. No feni ???

Staff was quite courteous.Rooms were spacious, fancy washrooms, good interiors overall in the entire property

Gym is quite basic.No beach beds / towels to sit on the beach.Limited parking space within the premises.
